I've been waiting for you for a while now.
I've been praying for the sight of you that it would come sooner than later.

I finally saw you today.
I saw your depth and you reminded me of a desert.
You were so spread out, not quite spread thin.
I saw all the layers and all the colors.
All the space you were taking up in my mind.

All that you would show me in this season and
all that I saw in the last.

And then I was reminded to thank God for you.
